ENDORSEMENTS

Good policy ideas will go nowhere without the leadership of good policy-makers. FRC Action and FRC Action PAC meet with candidates, research their records, analyze their positions, and endorse those we believe will be principled leaders for faith, family, and freedom.

Imagine walking on your college campus, or the campus your son or daughter attends, and being met with mobs of angry, violent people shouting pro-terror chants. Imagine being threatened with murder and faced with vehement hatred simply for existing or being against terrorism. In a sense, you don't have to imagine it completely because these absurdities are exactly what's increasingly unfolding at universities.

Are left-leaning parents better at passing on their values to their children? The results of one recent study seem to indicate that they are, especially for their daughters. But there's a better explanation, one articulated millennia ago by God's Word.

Over the weekend, the House passed legislation by a wide bipartisan margin that would ban the popular social media app TikTok in the U.S. unless the China-based owner sells its stake within the next nine months. Experts applauded the move due to concerns that the app compromises the sensitive data of American citizens and spreads propaganda approved by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

A one-time Trump ally is pointing out that the former president is not a threat to America, but the radical agenda of the Democratic Party is. In a Saturday interview, former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr explained that he will be voting for his old boss Donald Trump in November, despite his criticisms of the former president.

On Saturday's episode of "This Week on the Hill," Family Research Council's president Tony Perkins spoke to U.S. House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La.) about U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer's (D-N.Y.) "historic" decision to throw out articles of impeachment against Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. As Perkins noted, Mayorkas is one of only two U.S. cabinet secretaries to have been impeached and the first to have been impeached in nearly 150 years. Previously, President Ulysses S. Grant's War Secretary William Belknap was impeached by the House in 1876, but acquitted by the Senate.

Marriage isn't something that just happens to you. It is carefully built and nurtured every day. You and your spouse are called to show up, even on the hard days, to do the work. In marriage, we become both the stewards and recipients of a complex and lifelong gift. Marriage is a gift! We fix what breaks, nurture what bears fruit, cull weeds and pluck thorns. But to undertake this sort of work, you'll need more than sheer willpower and the right ring. You will need the right tools.
